General Terms and Conditions

1. Parties and Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTC") govern all contractual relationships between Koreo Labs LLC ("Koreo Labs", "we", "us", or "our") and any customer ("you" or "the Customer") who places an order through the Koreo Labs online store (the "Store") accessible at www.koreolabs.ch (the "Website").

Koreo Labs LLC is a company specialising in the retail of cosmetics and beauty products ("Products"). By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these GTC in their entirety.

These GTC govern the online purchase of Products only. They do not apply to any in-store purchases, B2B wholesale agreements, or other commercial arrangements unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Koreo Labs reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version of the GTC in force at the time of your order shall govern your purchase.

3. Products

All Products are original cosmetics and skincare products, sourced from authorised distributors. Products are intended solely for personal, cosmetic use. They are not medicinal products and must not be used for therapeutic or medical purposes.

Koreo Labs makes every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, ingredient lists, and information displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date. However, variations in colour, texture, or appearance may occur due to differences in display screens and photographic conditions.

Product availability is indicated on the Website at the time of browsing, but is subject to change without notice. If a Product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, Koreo Labs will notify you and offer a full refund.

While all our products are sourced from reliable sources, before using any product, please consider the full ingredient list, warnings, and usage instructions since manufacturer may change their ingredient lists, recommendations and warnings without notice. It is recommended to perform a patch test before first use of any new product. Koreo Labs accepts no liability for allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from failure to follow product usage instructions or from individual skin sensitivities.

4. Contract

4.1 Product Listings

The display of Products on the Website does not constitute a binding offer by Koreo Labs. The prices and availability shown are indicative and subject to change.

By clicking the "Place Order" or "Buy Now" button at checkout, you submit a binding offer to purchase the Products in your shopping cart at the prices and under the conditions displayed at that time.

Koreo Labs reserves the right to cancel any order, even if confirmed, at its sole discretion, notably in cases of suspected fraud, unavailable stock, pricing errors, if delivery cannot be made to your location or in case of delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, such as natura disasters or supply chain disruptions.

If Koreo Labs declines your order, any payments already received will be promptly refunded using the same payment method.

5. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices displayed on the Website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and, unless otherwise stated, include Swiss VAT at the applicable rate. 

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the price displayed at the time you submit your order. Koreo Labs takes all reasonable care to ensure prices are correct, but errors may occasionally occur.

Koreo Labs accepts well-established payment methods such as:  

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Apple Pay
• Twint

Available payment methods may evolve over time and change without notice.

All payments are processed through secure, certified payment providers. Koreo Labs does not store your full credit card details. Payment is due at the time of order.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery Zones and Times

Koreo Labs currently ships only to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. 

All orders received are processed within 48 hours and are shipped with Swiss post.

Your order is sent with the PostPac Priority option, which is usually delivered the next working day. Delivery times are indicative estimates only. 

6.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Free shipping thresholds may apply and will be indicated on the Website at the time of purchase.

6.4 Property and Transfer of Risk

Products remain the property of Koreo Labs until full and final payment has been received, at which point ownership and risk of loss or damage of products passes to you.

7. Right of Return and Cancellations

7.1 Right of Return

Koreo Labs grants you a right of return of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.

In case you wish to return a product, please contact us at hello@koreolabs.ch with your order number and product(s) you would like to return. 

We only accept returns for unopened, unused products that are in their original packaging with all seals intact. Products that have been opened, used, or whose protective seals have been broken cannot be returned.

Once the product(s) have been returned and approved by Koreo Labs, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method as your original purchase.

7.2 Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting Koreo Labs at hello@koreolabs.ch as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, the return procedure under section 7.1 applies.

8. Warranties

8.1 Statutory Warranty

Koreo Labs warrants that Products are free from defects at the time of shipping. 

If a product is defect or damaged when in transit, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@koreolabs.ch but not later than the 14 days right of return. Please provide following information in your email:

• your order number and
• the product(s) you would like to return
• a description of the defect
• if possible a photography of the damaged products

If possible and if your claim is upheld, we will replace the defective product free of charge or, if not possible, issue a refund.

While all products we sell are selected with care, we do not guarantee that the products you ordered will meet your expectations nor that they will deliver the intended result. Our warranty excludes damages due to improper use or that are due to other external factors that are beyond our control.

9. Data Protection and Intellectual Property

Please refer to the legal notice and privacy policy of our website.

10. Applicable Law

These GT&Cs are goverened by Swiss law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction as well as the place of performance for all proceedings is Lausanne, Canton de Vaud, Switzerland.
